DESCRIPTION:Safer recruitment is an important part of every organisation’s safeguarding commitment and works to ensure that all staff and volunteers involved with your organisation are appropriate to work with children\, young people and vulnerable individuals. \nThis webinar will provide the contextual background to why safer recruitment processes are so important and present genuine learning potential from an organisation who have undergone a complete overhaul of their safer recruitment and safeguarding processes and culture. \nAudience: \nSafer recruitment should be a continual process for any organisation that works with young people\, so delegates from all organisations are welcome.
