DESCRIPTION:🏷️ From £235\n🎧 All clinical staff working with children\, young people and/or their parents/ carers and/or any adult who could potentially contribute to assessing\, planning\, intervening and/ or evaluating the needs of a child or young person and/or parenting capacity.\n📍 Online \n\nCourse outline: \nThis one-day certification programme is designed for school nurses and aligned with the Intercollegiate Guidance 2019 (level 3) and Annex C of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). It supports school nurses across state\, independent\, international\, and boarding schools\, including those who serve as Designated or Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs).  \nDelivered by experienced health and safeguarding professionals\, the course uses real-world clinical case studies and evidence-based content tailored to the school nursing context.  \nBy the end of the programme\, delegates will have a clear understanding of their responsibilities as safeguarding leaders and increased confidence in addressing a wide range of complex safeguarding issues. Gambling continues to be promoted to children and young adults by some role models despite reported rises in gambling addictions and their mental health impact.
