DESCRIPTION:  \nSacpa members report that mental health is one of the top three concerns in their organisations\, alongside the associated safeguarding concerns that arise as a result. We are facing a tsunami of concerns around mental health following the pandemic\, causing a shortage of external support and delayed referrals. \nMental health and safeguarding are intrinsically linked. Based on regular discussions with Sacpa members\, working across a range of sectors\, this conference has been designed to address the key issues surrounding the current mental health crisis.
