She has worked in education for nearly 30 years\, mostly within boarding leadership and safeguarding. Formerly Chair of a Special Interest Group on Gender Dysphoria for the AoCPP\, she is now co-Chair of the SafeguardingĀ in Education group for the same organisation\, a Safeguarding AdviserĀ for the Diocese of Westminster and runs a cluster group to support DSLs in independent schools in Essex.
