DESCRIPTION:Course outline: \nThis programme is also available on a consultancy basis\, delivered face to face. \nThis Safer Recruitment Consortium accredited training course is the widely accepted UK standard for safer recruitment recognised by the government. Statutory Guidance outlines that at least one member of every appointment panel for roles involving work with children must undertake ‘proper’ safe recruitment training. \nThe Safer Recruitment Consortium has developed a Safer Recruitment package for the wider children’s workforce (this course) where previously this was solely aimed at those in the education sector.
