Regulatory inspection has a firm focus on the way in which safeguarding risk is analysed, and informs robust risk assessment.
This webinar uses case study examples of technology assisted harmful sexual behaviour which may be adapted to other behaviour contexts to demonstrate the importance of evidencing within casefile the process of risk analysis, decision making and review.

- What does best practice in casefile recording look like?
- How does recording of risk analysis and decision-making support learning conversations, casefile audit and scrutiny
- Adopting a standard recording framework: keeping it brief and simple.
