DUSC 1984 in the community.
From Monday the 18th of January to Friday the 13th of March, DUSC have been visiting the 5 local primary schools and 2 nursery’s within their catchment area. We provided socially distanced physical activity/football sessions to the children who remained in school over the lockdown period.
We provided this to all children (free of charge) for 8 weeks to ensure these children remained physically active during this time.
We would like to say huge thank you to the schools and nursery’s for letting us come in and do this (Claypotts Castle Primary and nursery, St Pius, Rowantree, Gleblands and Craigiebarns primary and nursery)
For those who were home learning, we teamed up with KM skill school and provided Weekly zoom sessions which was very popular with the children. Massive thanks to KM Skill School
With the restrictions easing, we look forward to seeing everyone back on the pitch
Stay safe🟠⚫️⚽️
